Zachary Arcuri
Co-founder and CEO, and he came up through the craft itself. Seven-plus years in the trade taught him what actually makes a finish last in Florida's sun and salt, and he still runs the day-to-day operations. A Jacksonville Beach native, Zach's work ethic traces back to his young son, who he'll tell you is the reason he builds the company the way he does. When he's not working, he's playing music, on the water, or out on a motorcycle.
Brandon McCullough
is co-founder and the relationship side of the business, the one focused on clients and the local community. Born and raised in Jacksonville, he brings a steady, easygoing energy and a belief that the best work comes from real connection with the people you serve, not just the finished product. That focus on people shapes how the company treats every homeowner it takes on. When he's off the clock, you'll find him surfing, behind a camera on the beach, or somewhere outdoors.
